Alison is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development and has worked in senior positions within the HR profession for 25+ years.

Her broad range of experience has been gained working both in-house for large corporations and SME’s and as an external consultant advising a myriad of businesses in a wide range of industries.

Colin has a wealth of sector experience and a prominent industry profile.

As Executive Director and shareholder he has a broad remit reaching into every part of the group to ensure advo’s smooth running and continued growth.

Ellie joined advo in 2016 and has worked in a number of roles within the Employee Benefits department since.

Her extensive experience and success across departmental roles makes her ideal to lead a team of Account Managers, responsible for delivering expert advice and service to our SME and mid-Corporate clients across healthcare, risk and wellness products.

Gill provides a wealth of experience, predominately in health insurance – attaining a Diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute.

She is responsible for the induction insurance training for the Employee Benefits Team, and as Head of Compliance she conducts regular audits and compliance training to the whole company.

A high point of her career was successfully achieving the accreditation of ISO 27001 for advo (in February 2020 with the IT Director).

Jenny has a wealth of experience with the administration team across the full range of clients we service. Her combination of accuracy and customer service makes her the ideal advonian to lead the Account Support team to go over and above for all our clients.

Customer service and administration are vital to the day to day running for all our EB clients, and the team managed by Jenny are key in the relationships we aim to build with all our clients.

With 20+ years of IT experience working across multiple industries and sectors, Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to advo. His in-depth knowledge of IT security, application development and user interfaces along with this teams experience enables a relevant, flexible and dynamic structure to support advo, its partners and clients.

Founder of advo group ltd established in 1997, Larry underpins the visions and strategies of the group.

Highly regarded within the industry, Larry has an open door policy with ideas & opinions at all levels being considered and valued.

Lisa came to advo in 2021, and is based in the North of the country.

Lisa is both ATT and CIPP qualified, including Employee Benefits in kind for completing P11D's. With 18 years of experience covering industry payrolls to Bureau portfolios and everything in between, Lisa is perfectly placed to manage our team of payroll experts based in the North of the country.

Lucy has a wealth of experience across the range of advo services and has fulfilled various Management roles within advo, meaning she has an excellent understanding of how advo works.

Lucy’s role oversees the Employee Benefits Account Management, Account Support and Private Client teams, driving forward the strategic growth of the department.

With many years business experience, Lucy’s knowledge and abilities are fundamental to advo’s continued success.

Lucy’s role is to lead advo’s connected proposition bringing together the payroll, hr and employee benefits teams ensuring expert advice and use of advo’s connected technology.

Nic has a meticulous personality with a keen eye for detail, making her perfect to head up our Hub Admin team.

Service delivery is key to advo’s offering and the team managed by Nic are essential to the accuracy of data management across the advo services.

Simon joined advo in 2018 as an Account Manager for our SME clients and previously worked in insurance managing a team across a range of consumer products and services.

Simon’s experience makes him perfectly placed to manage the Private Clients team providing expert advice and solutions for our smaller SME and individual customers, where the needs may differ to those of our Corporate clients.
