Larry Founded the ADVO Group in 1997 (as Health Decisions), having previously worked for BUPA. A major driver of the groups success, Larry remains fully involved in the day to day running of the business.

Colin joined ADVO’s board in 2008 as a result of the merge with excellenthealth and has 20 years’ healthcare experience. His role is to lead the Corporate Team and assist Chris McCracken in bringing connectedhealth™ to the UK market. Colin is widely respected within the industry and has won numerous awards. He was voted the UK’s ‘Intermediary of the Year’ in 2006 (Health Insurance Magazine) and 2008 (Corporate Advisor Magazine).

Chris co-founded e-Xcellent Health with Colin Boxall in 2000 having worked 7 years in Financial Services. He has been instrumental in designing connectedhealth™ which ‘fills in the cracks’ between health and risk products and protocols to create a cohesive ‘total health vision’ for corporate clients.
